Question olds 88 with uneven tire wear

my olds has a dramatic difference on tread wear on the front passenger tire then the other 3. the wear on the one tire is even all the way across it but it looks as if all the other tires are newer. is this alignment or like a ball joint or tie rod problem???

Re: olds 88 with uneven tire wear

Check the front end for any looseness, make sure that strut is not weak, then it is on to check the alignment, all std procedures for what you describe. BTW always post the year of car.
