Oil Pressure Problems :(
I own a 1996 dodge ram 1500 5.2L v8. I have recently been having problems with the oil pressure. The guage reads fine but there is a significant amount of oil comming out of the oil breather tube. There is built up pressure inside the motor which is also causing small amounts of oil to come out of the dipstick and oil cap. I have been told this is called blow by but not too sure what to do. One option is replacing the motor but that is my last option. Is there any less expensive options to fix my problem? any information would be greatly appreciated! thanks so much
Steve
