you see more 98's because the 97,98 base/sl/vr4 have the hoop spolier. Also the 99 base/sl's have the hoop spoiler. And yes, the 98 VR4's are more rare then 99's.

but, what will be a good price for a 1998 VR4. i've seen some good deals for 18-20k but maybe I can get better :/ |
