Transit Connect overheat, fan motors doesn't work at low speed.

Radiator fan motor didn't work at low speed, replace engine radiator fan motor resistor pack (ford part # 96FZ-9A819-A) (www.fordparts.com has different number 8L603)

This problem is very common to ford focus, I just googled ford focus overheat with 8L603, it pops numeric sites explains how to fix it. I check out my connector on this part, which is still nice clean, don't need to replace pigtail wire connector, just resistor pack and measured it with multimeter between 2 contacts, it had infinity ohm(open circuit), the new one has only zero ohm (very low) resistance.

It located at top middle side between small and large radiator fan. It is very easy to take off, just need very short handle Philips screw drive.
