Radio Not Working
I have a 96 A4 with the Delta CC radio. I was out of town for a few weeks and my car was stored and not driven while I was gone. Appartently the battery lost charge and so I had to jump the car, since then the radio hasn't worked. I know that usually the radio will go into LOCK mode when the electricity is cut off, but the radio is not displaying LOCK. I tried to disconnect the battery, and reconnect it again, but nothing happened and the fuse is still good. So, basically, I'm lost as to what the problem is, any help would be great. Thanks.

Re: Radio Not Working
now that would just be too easy, wouldn't it? like i said, the radio does not display LOCK, SAFE, or anything else, and since you have to scroll through all the numbers there is no way i could enter it in. the weird thing is that the lights come on in the radio when i turn on all the lights, but the radio wont. anyway, anyone with a more helpful suggestion?

Re: Radio Not Working
just in case you all were wondering, the problem was a blown fuse in the back of the radio. so if your radio ever stops working, pull it out and check the fuse. just a little bit of info for you.

Re: Radio Not Working
Hey Mike
I am having the same problem with my A8, although I can't seem to get my radio out. I even bought a tool kit and it just slips in and out of the slots. Have any pointers on how to do it? |
