massive engine build up... need advice

so ive got a 97 tiburon fx 2.0 5spd and ive got around 4500 to spend. im planning on a t2/t3 hybrid turbo and forged pistons/rods. i need to know how much hp the stock crank can handle, cause if i can get away with using the stock crank im gonna get it turned and knife edged and then balanced as a rotating assembly. if the stock crank cant handle it then where can i find a forged fairly inexpensive crank?
