2003 Grand Am GT-1 Monsoon radio XM problem

2003 GT-1 Monsoon radio XM problem..I just got this car, and had the XM trial activated, but I dont get all the channels, alot take forever to load, then they say not available, called customer support numerous times, did a reset, no luck, Does anyone have a a manual, or user guide, trying to figure which buttons are what, I was told by a guy, that maybe i need to set it to all music in categories, but have no idea how to get there...Thx for the help

Not sure what you mean by trial activated.....

When you press the band button to get to XM radio, and you change the stations, does it list them all, or just give you the basic selling song an a limited number of stations....if that is the case, you are not a registered user....the only trial plans I ever heard of are on new vehicles for six months, not on used vehicles......did you get your registration number from the radio and call it in to XM radio? Did they confirm this?

Wonder if you are having an antenna problem?

The stations don't "load", per se, they come right on......I lose the signal to obstructions sometimes, but in your case, it may be an antenna concern...
