Porsche 935 Martini 1/24

Completed my Porsche 935 Martini 1/24 donated by a friend. Aside from the front mesh grill, other grills on opening, seatbelts, otherwise a straight out of the box build. It was actually a fun kit to build even though it is an old kit. I modified the front wheels by added spacers with negative cambers. Extended the rear wheels all the way out. Added tire markings on tires. This is probably the ugliest Martini car, but after building this, I really appreciate the Martini livery on all the 70s and 80s race cars, great to see it make its way back to F1 recently. Here are the photos, thanks for checking it out.

Thanks for a member here, couldn't find to his post to give proper credits, but followed his techniques on photographing in front of a laptop screen! Brilliant.

Here is the WIP thread, nothing exciting though -> http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul....php?t=1149913

Nice work on matching the color and brightness of the track (picture) and the base (real) on your first laptop picture. I found that quite hard, you can never really see "live" how it will turn out on a photo.

Thanks, it did match pretty well, but the lighting didn't match the background, where the car was too bright.
