Question about brake pads for 6th gen Civic, will pads for '96-'98 fit a '99-'00?
I found a SWEET groupbuy on some Axxis Metal Master brake pads for my Civic (I hope), only thing I was, the host of the buy told me that the '96-'98 pads that he sells won't fit on a '99-'00 Civic, and that Axxis only makes those pads for the '96-'98 Civic at the newest. He told me to get some AEM pads rather that he also sells which they DO make for my '00 Civic DX. My question is, the AEM pads say they are for '96-'00 Civics, so if that's the case, wouldn't/shouldn't the '96-'98 Axxis pads fit my '00 Civic? And also which pads are better in the long run, the AEM or the Axxis? The AEM are more $$$ partly why I want the Axxis ones, but also the AEM seem to much like the OEM Nissin pads from the description of them, and the Axxis pads are more like EBC pads it seems.
