Changing putty?

At the moment im in the process of building a body kit using some testors putty i had lying around but its just about run out. Since its alot easier to get tamiya putty where I am I was wondering if its ok to use a different putty on areas where Ive already put the testors putty or do I have to stick with what I started with???

Re: Changing putty?

I don't think - manufacture gonna make a difference - as long as the place you will apply more putty will be rough enough so new putty will stick well to it.
