My 1999 Nissan Quest does not have any console between the front seats. No DVD or beta player between the seats. What is interesting is that the radio controls has a button for CD, but I don't find any CD unit there on the dash radio location at all. My question is, has anyone else had this on their van and if so, what consoles will fit into that area and actually look stock in appearance? Believe me, I appreciate the arm rests on my driver and passenger seats, as my 2012 Sole does not have them and it is a pain to drive long distance with no arm rest available.
Any rate, if I put in a console, I'd like to use one that actually fits into the area and is tall and wide enough and also looks more correct than not. Anyone else done this in the past with good results? Right now it just looks like a lot of empty space. Although I can appreciate the cup holders on the van, they don't really hold the bigger drinks all that securely as you drive about, so a console with cup holders may be just the ticket for this mod.
