Can anyone help me??

Okay I was driving down the road....im at a red light....I had my foot on the brake ...then about 15 seconds later....my 1993 chevy cav automatic, just stalled out.....so basically i just found out when i shift it in to drive or reverse it stalls out right away with out doing anything but having the engine kind of jump under the hood.....but nuetrall works.....

<<I already disconnected I think all of the wires at seprate times from the transmission to see if it would start and that did not work.......I heard my transmission lock could of locked or it could be an electricall problem....does anyone know wut the electricall problem could be to save me time or.....is it something totally different??/?

This is the BMW section, not chevy. Try looking for your answer someplace else. Theres another section of this forum that speciilizes in chevy.

Hmm

your transmission is a 3 speed with a lockup torque converter to provide a forth gear which is an over drive ratio.

So just look for the fuse that controls the lock up torque converter.

Trying to locate the wiring is a little tougher.

Good luck,
