thats not fair...its on the inside

here's one: what was the highest output engine ever put in a factory vette?

*hint: it was not the highest factory rating, but the highest true output

Here's a few questions:

The Corvette has been built in 3 different cities. Where were they?

How many vertical chrome bars were used in the 1956 Corvette's front grill?

What was the last year for the Corvette's "Polo White" color?

What year Corvette was the last to have the "Wide Whitewall" tires?

Chris, you should know these hehe

1957

1961

OK, now in 1957 the Corvette had a 4 speed. In 1997, it also had a 4 speed. What company made this transmission?

Borg Warner.
Of course, the 4L60E (trans in the '97) was automatic.
The manual trans had 6 speeds!

PS- Borg Warner gave Tremec build rights to the T-56 (6 speed trans) used in the Corvette/F-Bodies.

What does T-Top stand for?
What year Corvette had a CB Radio option?

T-top: I always thought that was to describe the roof. But I'm going to say "twin roof"

CB: 1977?

Sorry, I forget when they started the CB Option, however the last year for them was 1985.

T-Top is short for "Targa Top" which was originally the roof style they were going to use, they later found out that the Corvette needed a center support.

Sorry, can't help ya with the weight of your '74 Stingray (we just sold a silver '74 with 30k orinigal miles to buy a GT350)

Got a few more questions for ya"
In what year could you buy the Corvette without an engine installed from the factory?

In what year did Chevy send 20 Corvettes over to Lotus in England to being making the prototype for the ZR1???

Teh 454 was offered until 1974.

In 1986 20 vettes were sent to england

1987: You could get an engineless vette

The Stingray: I am assuming it was an appearance/ perfornmance package for the C2 and C3
