engine fails to start problem

say i tried to install a efie on my 200 1.3 auto metro this week and had a problem with the unit. after i called the builder he told me to remove it and send it back. i took it out and tried to start the car, it failed to start. this is what i had to do to install that efie. i had to cut one of the map wires and one wire on each of the o2 sensor wires. i cut the center wire on the map and the blue wire on the o2 sensor wires. i then installed the efie into these circuits. after multiple tries on the efie i took it out but i can't start the car. yes i reconnected the cut wires. i get these codes. p0108 for a hi volt on the map and p1451 for a baro performance problem, this is per a website answer. for metro codes. i tried to clear the codes with my scanner but the p1451 code fails to clear.

i took the map sensor out and tested it with the dvm. with the map in the vise pins up port facing me i get these readings with the dvm set to 20k.
left and center pin 4.73k left and right pin 4.17k and center and right pin 7.59k are these good numbers or bad ones? and did i burn the map or the ecu?

the engine will start but will die with the map out. and will start and run with it in but will stall if i try to rev it fast but if i rev it slow it may stay running and or may not. any help on this appreciated. thanks bob.
