300zx Engine Transfer
I want to drop in a Skylin motor into my 1986 300zx. I can get the motor, tranny, ECU, and harness for about 2500. I been asking around and no one knows how easy it hooks up and stuff. I asked in a few channels and havent gotten any replies, so if you guys know costs and if I need to change the drive shafts and everything please LET ME KNOW.
Thanx |

Well I am not a Nissan expert but I wouldn't think that the 300zx drivetrain would match up with a Skyline. I would guess you would have to change all that out as well. Any engine swap will be pretty much over $3000.

The skyline is a Inline 6, its a 2.5 Liter in line six, and your right, the 300zx is CRAMMED in there as it is.....but the engine in there is a Piece of shit, only 160hp on a 3 liter
