Please help me identify this make/model. Not the best picture but it’s all I have.

That's a terribly grainy, low resolution photo. The first vehicle that came to my mind based of the general shape though is a BMW X6.

could be a 1st gen Volt OR an X6, but the pic is so distorted that it could be just about anything.

Never seen any X6 that looked that stumpy not even after a shunt.
It's definatley a city type car.
