Heater core
I was wondering if someone could give me detailed way to change out the heater core in a 1992 buick skylark gran sport v6 3.3L. I can't find anything that explains how to do it. Please and Thank you.

Re: Heater core
Pretty easy- drop the a/c condensate drain pan and it is right behind there--you have to remove some air ducts and the hush panels above each footwell. remove the several 5.5mm screws around the drain pan--and take off the drain pan elbow off the engine side of the firewall- pull drain pan straight down in back to avoid cracking it. Heater core is in behind a temp door cover that has only two 5.5 mm screws holding it in. The plastic pipes on those heater cores tend to break and leak-- getting the heater hoses off from the engine side may be the hardest part....
