installing a momo steering wheel

I have a 92 civic hb and wanted to know how to wire up the horn for my momo steering wheel. I bought the momo hub and it has a wire attached it, a double ended female wire that's loose, and a ring with a male end on it. The horn as a two female wires (black-ground and red-power). Actually the black wire is a female and male. I need to know the correct wiring for the hub. I'm guessing the ring with the male end is used as ground and the wire attached to the hub (white) is used for power. The loose wire (double ended female) is used as an extension for the ground. I tried wiring it as explained above but it doesn't work. I checked the fuse and it's not blown. Please help!
