Unhappy Toyota Tacoma Brakes and Tire Rod

I have a Toyota Tacoma and it has recently given me issues. I had the tire rods replaced about 3 weeks ago because they were rusted and cost me about 1300. I was driving the truck and my front right tire started making a noise and it jerked my truck to the right like something was pulling it. I got out and checked it out and the tire rod on the front right is rusted all to heck but the left side is good. These were brand new 3 weeks ago. I got back in and my brake peddle pushed all the way to the floor and weren't working all that great. I don't understand how it is already all rusted out. I need some help on what is going with the tire rod and also my brakes. Thanks.

Re: Toyota Tacoma Brakes and Tire Rod

maybe they only changed the one side but also sounds like you have something else like a wheel bearing going out or a caliper hanging up to pull to that side. i would take it back to the place that did the work and ask them to check it and why the new one looks so rusty
