Still searching for IMSA Mustang GTO Wheels- Same as BBS E56?

I have been searching high and low for these wheels and have come to the conclusion that they don't exist.

The wheels are for the IMSA Mustang GTO Cars. What I am not certain of is are these the same BBS E56 wheels used on the Porsche cars?

The Mustang used 17" rear and 15" front. Nobody makes these. The porsche used 16" I believe. Scale Productions makes these, but won't work with the Mustang.

Would a 3D printed wheel provide enough detail, or would it be too rough? What are my other options, other than waiting for 3D detail to catch up?

Re: Still searching for IMSA Mustang GTO Wheels- Same as BBS E56?

Ask if anyone has any? I might have a set from the Whistler Mustang. Mine got killed in a previous move years ago and I never got around to restoring it, and likely never will cause I keep buying more stuff to build. Send me a PM, I'll take a look in the morning and see if I can find them.

Hemi-Killer - the wheels are different
You will need a set from one of the 1/25 IMSA mustang kits
Hope that helps -

Re: Still searching for IMSA Mustang GTO Wheels- Same as BBS E56?

I have the 7-Eleven GTO kit, that's what I am trying to get the wheels for. I want to do a highly detailed build and was hoping to find some wheels with the photo etched center. I wanted to avoid having to paint the recesses black.

Mike, I am the one that messaged you on facebook recently about the order problem. I saw the payment come through. I ordered a set of the E56 to play with. I don't think they will be close, but I can use them for something else anyway. Thank you for the comparison photo, that helps a lot.

I appreciate everyone's input.
