Can't get ignition key out
I have a 2004 Odyssey. Last year the ignition key could not be put into the ignition so I had it rebuilt by a professional local company very familiar with that problem. It worked fine up until about 6 months ago. Now I can not get the key out. The car starts and will turn off fine, but the key stays in the II (I think) position and will not turn any further, almost like the car is still in gear. My mechanic thinks the ignition needs to be rebuilt again, and the company who rebuilt it thinks it's some solenoid inside the column. Anyone else ever have this problem, and what was the solution? Thank you in advance for your replies.
