#--- Help I Need Air ---#

hey hey kids

i need an your input.

#1 air filter, duh
#2 air intake
#3 air hose right on top of rad hose (equals hot air for throttle)
#4 where I want to cut the hose

now what i want to know is cutting the hose off at #4 reccomended.

the reason i want to do this is because i don't think the car is getting enough air when the hose has hardly any air to suck up, and if it does it will be very hot.

I would start by taking 1,2,4 off completelt and replaceing them with a K&N cone filter on the throttle body.

should you be able to feel any air being pulled in from the nossle when the car is idling? or does air intake only happen during driving.

it happens all the time, but its very hard to feel with your hand, it always creates a vacuum effect tho.

and i agree just goto ebay spend 35 bux on an intake and you'll be fine.

hi, for your question the K&N performance intake kit, with cone filter will need you to replace all parts between 1, 2, and 4 basically you will be attaching a short tube to the throttle body with a conical filter at the end of the short tube, see the attachment
