New clutch and gearbox

Hi just got a new clutch fitted the same day got the car fixed it broke down the garage said was nothing to do with them took it to a new garage they said it meeded a new gear box and needed a new clutch is this was the clutch they instaled is this new ? And is it burt out ? And this is the gear box could the garage have damaged them fitting it thanks

throwout bearing appears to have come apart and in doing so damaged the case of the transmission. if they supplied the parts they should stand behind them and fix the car. unsure it was all caused by a faulty part or bad workmanship but the faulty part is one of the parts they changed during the clutch job. hard to say what clutch and pressure plate look like since you didn't include a pic of them

is the throwout bearing the same as Concentric Slave Cylinderbecause they replaced this part to
