Electrical/Start issuss in 1970 Monte Carlo

Hello all!
Kind of a novice with classic cars so please be kind lol...

Having some weird electrical issues with my Monte that started with the wipers and dash circuit replaced...

The car needs a jump every time to start, but the head and tail lights work just fine. The interior lights, radio, horn and wipers stopped as well. Just replaced new wiper motor, bushings etc so we definitely know its a ground or short somewhere.

Just would love some feedback or any kind of help. We have a new painless wiring kit on deck but would love to find other ways to trouble shoot prior to just redoing everything.

Thanks in advance

Hey, welcome the forum, I worked in Bklyn for 20 years. There are fusible links down at the starter harness, check them with a test lite. You can google the how to if unfamiliar with this.
