Tamiya 1/24 Nissan 300ZX Turbo Fairlady (Z32)
Finally took some pictures of the finished Z. Great Tamiya kit.
Its a testament to great engineering, when 20+ years after you built it as your FIRST EVER Tamiya kit you build it again, and you are as impressed and happy. Box stock, custom mix of White Pearl for the body, and Tamiya acrylics for interior.

Awesome result. I find it very hard to make a model car in white not look like a cheap plastic toy, and yours totally doesn't.
Great pics!

Re: Tamiya 1/24 Nissan 300ZX Turbo Fairlady (Z32)
I'm definitely biased towards the Z line of cars, but none the less that is impressive. My woman was talking to me while I brought up the thread and didn't even realise from the first pic it was a model and not the real thing! haha, probably the best feedback a modeller can get really.
I've got a somewhat heavily modified version of this kit half finished on the shelf staring at me... I think I'd better get it down after having seen yours, I'm motivated again! |

In the 300ZX, the T-bar is always black.
Good work |
