2006 Ion Won't start sometime's, then will later.

2006 Saturn Ion won't start sometime's then a while later it starts just fine. The battery is fine, plenty of gas and there is no apparent explanation. All features still work w/ key in accesory position, even the fan runs for the AC. But when you try to start it, nothing... not even the starter clicking or trying to turn over. Then, an hour or so later it's fine. Any ideas?

get your alternator checked. my sl2 does that and it was found that my alternator was going and sometimes would not have enough power to take over the electrical stystem

you need a new ignition switch. Have it checked out. It should still be under warranty.
