it's most likely both... as a result of a legal issue, 2 sponsors pulled out, and that means money issues...

i know that i would be willing to "donate" money to get this debt out if money is te only issue, because if there is 160,000+ members...it wouldnt be to much per pserson, and im sure most people would be willing

Even though i think this is an april fools joke that we are going to find out about around the same time tomorrw night, I would like to suggest the link in my sig for an alternative forum. It's new and just starting out.
If not oh well, there are a good few out there and i'm sure the community won't be far off!
