[LIVE] Honda Civic Ferio "Hasegawa" by StreetBlisters Crew
Hi, like the last year we present our project. The goal is to done the build in 7 days.
Taking advantage of the Ferio re-edition we select this model, the original idea was to do a Civic eg Spoon but we prefer to do a Ferio. We have until saturday to have the build done. Cheers, James. |

Is your Logo (website) printed on the box? thats cool, & how did you get that to happen?
A mate of mine had one of these bad boys(1:1), his had a full racing kit & even installed an RTSi 4WD system! Handled like a subaru! cant wait to see what you do with it!

We cut the original side skirts, to replace by the civic ek, which are very similar, and will serve for the base for Mugen.
The lip, more advanced.. Other parts. We had dinner and come back! |

We have to work a bit with the rear seat. Use front seats of a Honda Crx Fujimi.
Here can see our idea: Wheels mold: We use the mold of last year, to get a pair of Recaro Speed. The lip is advancing, with the front inputs made. Side skirts with more fall. |

Yesterday, at the end, we got out of hand and could not finalize the paint job.
We are currently preparing the glaze. Let's just in time. We leave you some pictures of the bodywork and some rim painted wheels. |

Well, we finally have given up.
Yesterday we gave the last push, but not to be. Lacquer was not well and did not want to be as fresh polish. So we'll leave it to finish with more calm. We leave you a picture as we left it yesterday. |

Re: [LIVE] Honda Civic Ferio "Hasegawa" by StreetBlisters Crew
With the new platforms, we forget the post a bit. But hey, here we are to show the end of the model, before starting with the other personal projects.
The back seat started again from scratch. Sometimes it takes a step back to work more comfortable. Here once already primed and ready to make mold. If we ever have to repeat a civic EG9, we will not have to repeat the work The same happened with the exhaust, it was raised again, this time it was made with aluminum, which gave a cleaner results. The terminals are copies in resin, with appendices based on a brass rivet turned. Here with a gray aluminum cap. For the centers of the rims, it took a tip of those that gives IKEA for the rear of the furniture. It was placed in the dremel, and it turned until obtaining the suitable diameter. On the left the references of the real models, and on the right the pieces 1/24. A pre-assembly overview. These are previous tests, which motivate to finish the model. In the same way that premontages are made during the process, often without a goal. For the simple fact of seeing how it is going. Interior already finished to 100% and already placed. Belts and fasteners were added. White tail and moment to go putting things to the body. An antenna was added on the rear flap that was not included in the kit. Exhaust fitting. And then the final photos: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...50#post7197150 Streetblisters !! |
