Re: What's your dream car?
I'd like to have a REAL '69 Yenko Camaro, any Skyline GT-R, or the new Ford GT. Or maybe a rotory powered or SR20-powered Datsun 510.

Re: What's your dream car?
but there are some people on this thread besides me who do not know what it is. and if you know what it is, then why are you not jumping at the chance to share you car knowledge with fellow car enthusiasts?

Re: What's your dream car?
You are correct, I was jumping to conclusions, such as every car enthusiast should know what a Yenko Camaro is my bad. I feel happy today because I just got a 1119 word essay done today, even though we were only supposed to do 400, that is why I am apoligizing...anyway, yeah, Yenko was the last name of the guy who created the Yenko S/C Camaro (Yenko Super Camaro)...

Re: What's your dream car?
not satisfied with what i am seeing posted, i have taken matters into my own hands: Don Yenko in 1967, a racing developer, forged a relationship with GM and began creating a racing "factory" version of the already fast Camaro. the Yenko-issue Camaros, awesome looking btw, received the Corvette L-72 427 engine. the car was upgraded in other areas as well, and thus began the Yenko Super Camaro.
i went to google and searched Yenko Camaro until i hit pay dirt. thank you to all who posted. without you bringing the issue up, i may have never known wtf Yenko was/is. |
