Rover 620 SLI Electrical problem

i have a 1994 rover 620 sli.

i have this really annoying problem , when i apply the breaks the side head lights, come on ..

any help to cure this pain in the ***.

I would be very greatful.

Have you checked your rear break lights, i guess you are also hearing a beep.
