general, but indepth suspension question

Ok so the main issue I am having is with road noise. The volume is dependent on both the speed and surface of the road. My 2 main ideas are the shocks and hub bearings. I am about 95% sure that they are both factory originals. The shocks fail the bounce test, so I plan on getting them replaced. I might get the eibach "Pro-system" kit with shocks and springs, its only like $150 more then stock replacements (any comments on this?). And while my suspension is apart would it be a good time to get my bearings checked out/replaced?

So the question is: does what I have said sound correct? Is there anything else that should be looked into?

My car is a '93 Del Sol Si, obviously no suspension mods.
and I'm posting it here because it seems like no one ever goes to the del sol section any more.

Thanks JJ122
