Unhappy PLEASE HELP! Daewoo Nubira Radio Reset Code

I have a 2000 Daewoo Nubira. The battery died so after a had it jumped the radio went off. i guess for security purposes you need to enter a four digit code to turn it back on. I did some research and found out that the code is usually the last four digits of your seial number. So i pulled my radio out and got the seril number which is 9090697708. That number was on alittle white piece of paper on the top right hand side. What i dont understand is how do i enter 7708 when i only have 6 radio buttons. PLEASE IF SOMEONE KNOWS ANYTHING I WOULD BE SO GREATFULL!!.. Thanks agagin!

Re: PLEASE HELP! Daewoo Nubira Radio Reset Code

When I bought mine, the original battery was dead so the radio would not work after the dealer put in the new battery. I got them to lower the price of the car because they could not prove to me that the radio actually worked.

SO on the way home, I just started punching in numbers, in order. I started with 1111, 1112, 1113, etc. I got to 1156 and pop, the radio was an on and it all worked. Don't waste your time pulling the radio out and calling around or emailing. There are not that many numbers to punch since the buttons are only 1 through 6.

Re: PLEASE HELP! Daewoo Nubira Radio Reset Code

Hello everyone, i just bought an used Nubira 2000 and the same happened to me. The radio would only work with a code and of course I did not have it. Well, I found out the code very fast. What did I do? I wrote down every single combination of 4 digits for numbers 1 - 6 on a piece of paper and tried on by one. My code was 1651.
I believe you can call or email them or even remove the frame that surrounds the audio unit. Personally I thought it was easier to try all the combinations one by one.

I have all the combinations on my computer. The file is too big to post here (1296 combinations). If you want them, send me an EMAIL and I will send the file to you so you can try one by one and save your time and money.

Nat.

Re: PLEASE HELP! Daewoo Nubira Radio Reset Code

I have a problem with the CD changer in my 2003 Nubira. It's not working anymore. The only thing it does is flashing as if there were a CD inside, which is not the case. It's not responding to anything. Does anyone know what to do in this case? Thanks.
