Re: YOU HEARD IT HERE NEW FAST AND THE FURIOUS 3 (we're getting stupid fast)

oh yeah....
who wants to bet that they'll use some kind of nitrous company when drifting, in the middle of a drift, its gets all blurry and everything like the other movies.

Re: YOU HEARD IT HERE NEW FAST AND THE FURIOUS 3 (we're getting stupid fast)

Having said that thing about FF drifting which isn't accurate. I remembered that there are a couple of FF drifters in japans D1 one of which is a civic. They aren't the best and don't look as good as the best FR's but they're pretty damn good at what they do. Though the rear wheels stay locked up.

If it's around tokyo they might actually do Midnight Club (Wangan style) and Drifting in F&F 3 though its going to be really stupid. (maybe if they got a decent director and writer)

Anyone seen the Shutoku Trail Films ?????? Made in Japan and set on one of the main rounds in tokyo they manage to kill at least one character in every film and Keiichi Tsuchiya is in all of them.

- OR it could be more like Legend of SPEED
HAHAHAHAHAHA

Um... hate to burst your bubble... But DRIFTERS already use NITROUS in their cars... not just the AMATEURS either.

Does anyone know of the movie Taxi? It's in french and it's really wicked, this guy goes buzzurk and supes up his taxi and goes wild in the streets. There are 3 of these films (Taxi, Taxi 2, Taxi 3) and I believe in the third one he uses a Evo, the first one was peugeot something, not too sure. Anyways, that would have to be one of my favorite car movies, even though it's in french, I speak it so I understand.
If anyone wants to watch it, je vais le traduire pour vous...lol

my favorite car race/chase was in the Blues Brothers in the end when they are trying to get to the tax place to pay the saint helens of the blessed shrouds taxs so it would not close down. actually whatch the whole movie they have great chases all in it.

Re: YOU HEARD IT HERE NEW FAST AND THE FURIOUS 3 (we're getting stupid fast)

I see what kind of controversy this will lead to when it comes out. More people doing some dumb sh*t especially the newbies persay! They will try to imitate the tricks on the movie. Next thing you know more tickets and more wrecks. I just hope it wont be drifiting because if you don't know how to drift don't even try it unless you have been practicing!

Re: YOU HEARD IT HERE NEW FAST AND THE FURIOUS 3 (we're getting stupid fast)

hey as long as Vin gives me some new one-liners to use when i get drunk (the whole corona bit is getting waaay old) im good to go...
plus though the rice thing sucked the first movie did jump industry ahead pretty quickly which means we all pay lower prices for go-fast parts now... maybe this movie will do that same but for suspension parts... wishful thinking i suppose

Hey, as it was mentionned before, this movie will get more youngn's to buy more mods for their cars. Companies will put in their name to get feedback, which they no doubt do. The whole movie is a giant promo

i was saying ff drifting isn't real cause thats just what i tihnk, if you think its real thats totally fine with me, i might be wrong, or you may be, no biggy, and i dont understand how they could use nitrous while drifting in real life? wouldn't you just spin out of something, i know i heard the apex' rx-7 had nitrous, but heard it was only for advertisment.

Right director, wrong movie Bunta. And I'm shocked and appalled that you of all people made this error. The correct answer is 1966's epic and emotive Gran Prix starring James Garner, Graham Hill, Jochen Rindt, Lorenzo Bandini, Denny Hulme, Phil Hill, James Clark and the list goes on.

A thousand lashes for your failure!

Has anyone ever seen tray drifting? Its fucking incredible and the chances of destroying your car are so high its totally worth it. I can just see in FF3 40 civics and eclipses with trays under there rear wheels "drifting" after each other in a looped track while firing machine guns and having sex and all that other wild crazy stuff that todays youth is so fascinated by.
