*WIP* Police Interceptor, 1970 Galaxie

Hi guys, Im working on this cop car!!

I'm going to make it black & white. the roof will be white, the rest of the car black & it will have the 429ci engine

so far I painted the roof. and detailed the front and rear bumbers.
in the front removing the molded in headlights and replacing them with plastic lenses.

and on the body I removed the side trim from the front doors and I had to scribe all the panels lines because thy were really shallow from the kit

Very good start! Is this a re-issued kit?

Nice work so far. I paid ~ $35 for an original in the 90's before it was reissued by Hobby Heaven, but I built it anyway. I saw one built as an unmarked detective car so that's how I built mine.
