little update from the 80's dojo i got the front bumpper how i want it on the cresta the pop up lights for the supra have been mocked up and liked as well as the muffler its the kit muffler but keeps it old skool and im gonna ad some of my flare to it so it will look awsome but pics tomorrow i am TIRED!

and i also fitted the engine bay and sprayed primer on the mk3 targa top to see inprofections and other stuff

I think I'm gonna cut the grill out of the front of my Cresta too. My MKII is nearly ready for paint. I like the targa top on your MKIII. Nice work!!

it's not that bad, just a little clean up work that's all. i'm almost ready to post my MKII. body work is 99% done. i'm gonna paint it this weekend.

i was messin around tonight with the bimmer and stuff and found out that the bmw's chassie has the same wheel base and the same intoiror location as the mk3 supra kit,so i said hmm why not i put the mk3 body over it and it fit almost perfect!(weird how all the toyota stuff ive throw at the bmw has fit no problem eh?) so i was messin around and found this angle of the mk3 on the porsche gt2 rims and i fell in love with it if i had anthor set of these id put them on the supra but i dont so i cant........ heres the pics



thats wierd right? heres the rim pics i so very love


tell me what you guys think or if you have any ideas or know anybody who would want to donate me some porsche gt2 rims!

aight guys havnt seen this in awhile but i got the targa down too a few little dents (looks like it got dropped) ill smooth them out tho.ive made a choice to have 1 body with moving lights so if anybody has any idea's on how i can do this or if they've done it lemmie know! but for now heres the pics!





it will get a full coat of primer in a bit when im done with the targa top. enjoy!


p.s. dont forget the pop up light ideas


OOOOO i almost forgot i was gonna use a big resin turbo from 008's place but it wouldnt fit so ill use that turbo on something else! and i got the motor mounted!

those rims look sweet on that car, keep up the good work. As for the lights, well first you cut out the flip up lights and use the light housing that comes with the kit. As a warning from experience, be sure to test fit the housing and make sure that it fits nicely through the hole. I failed to do this procedure, and after I painted it and while I was assembling it, it scraped the paint off the housing and ruined the light holes where they pop up through, so I ditched them. But you should be fine with test fitting etc.

Can't wait to go home and start building...only 3 more days and 3 more finals left.
