09 Mks auto start??

I have a 09 Mks not a link 4 mks.. its equipped with the ford power code remote start. The other day I started it using the remote start I unlock the door using the key fob then I pop the hood the alarm went off car turned off now I cannot get the AutoStart to work again all
it does is turn on all the dash lights like it's attempting to start and then it goes into panic mode continuous horn honk. If I unlock doors before activating AutoStart it does the same thing minus the horn Honking. Any help would be great!! Auto start is a separate fob that says Lincoln on it.

Re: 09 Mks auto start??

Today I unlocked car and pushed AutoStart and it worked so i shut off car and locked doors using button on key and tried to start using AutoStart and alarm went off. So I unlocked using button on key and tried it again n it started. Module under dash says gen 2 it's a 2way remote start made by ford / powercode technology
