It will be cheaper just to get a used one from a junkyard should be less the $60

Well.....to me it would be to much easier just to get a used cluster then trying to figure out what the problem is. Don't you think???

then what would i do when the miles on the junk yard cluster dont match my car? cant change it, and what if its not the cluster its some other problem causing the needles not to work. then i bought a cluster for nothing.

Dude I got a JDM cluster in my car that only says 50.000km in the US one said 250.000miles. Point is who cares(Just nut it up)!. Not trying to be mean. You can try to find out what the problem is but the a qiuck soluation would be just to change the cluster. And you better hope that it's just the cluster and not smoething else. As for a fuse did you check the ecu or ecm
