Question '66 Chevelle Malibu

i have a '66 Chevelle Malibu. the engine (283) and transmission are in great condition, and the body of the car is great except for the Right Rear quarter panel and the Right Rear door(its a 4door). if i was able to find a 2door chassis, how hard(or how much?) would it be to transfer the engine, transmission, etc... over? and i think the front of the car is identical to the 2door, just the back seems slightly different. just wondering how much this would cost, or should i just keep the 4door and restore that?

How bad is the quarter panel, you can alway buy another door for it. With the quaterpanel try pull/pound most of it out and use a product called Metal 2 Metal, it's a metal paste type stuff that is way better than bondo, and it is stil magnetic if someone does a bondo scheck on the car.
