Help! Neutral Safety Switch

Does anyone know where to find the neutral safety switch on a 95 Dodge B3500?

The van isn't turning over...no click, nothing. Starter, solenoid, starter relay, ignition switch and battery are all good. The only thing else I can think of is the neutral safety switch. Bought the part but can't find the thing on the van

Does anyone know where to find it? Or any ideas on what else might cause the starter not to turn over?

Thanks
