Conquest/Starion

Any one out there know any info on these cars? My son picked one up that does not run, and is trying to get it going...
It fires (has spark) but doesnt turn over. Looks like previous owner replaced brain box 2 or 3 times. Tried carb cleaner to induce spark, but it was a no go.
Any sites or helpful info for me??
Thanks

This is exactly why we need a Starion Board! good luck on that problem chief, I have a alternator on my starion which I need the wiring diagram for, I posted it on both those sites mentioned over a month ago and I'm still waiting on a solid response! ohhhh well.

If you have 1987 model year or newer...

The injectors receive constant power (12 volts before the 6 ohm ballast resistor) The primary injector opens at start up because the ECU grounds the primary injector circuit. If you do not have constant power at both injectors, then you have a bad ECU relay or bad 6 ohm ballast resistor. The ECU relay is located near the passenger's side kick panel. The ballast resistor is located on the radiator support on passenger's side. If you have constant power at injectors, then the ECU has a problem. Possible that the ECU is not receiving tach signal from coil and pickup coil in distributor.

Thanks for the info.
I'll try the brainbox again - looks like their might be 2 bad ones in the trunk.
I'll also check that resistor
