1998 Dodge Avenger 2.0L DOHC 420a Head

I recently bought an avenger and then the timing belt snapped and bent the valves. Can anyone let me know if the Dodge Neon heads from the 420a will work on my car? Or is there something different ( I heard the intake and exhaust valves are inverted..is this true). Is there any other heads from other cars that will work? Any help is appreciated.

The Neon head will NOT fit, the exhaust is out the back and the intake in the front for the Neon, reversed on the 'venge. This head was unique to this model and it's twins, the Sebring (good luck finding one with a 4) and the Eclipse (good luck finding one without a turbo or the 6).

If you're mechanically inclined, you can pull the head yourself and just replace the bent valves. Of course, the proper thing would be to have the head completely rebuilt but if you're trying to get away cheap, you can just drop in new valves. I did this, cost me about $50 for the valves and labor (I had my mechanic actually put the valves in as I don't have a spring compressor) plus timing belt and head gasket.
