A million dollars for the car and two spare engines. For that kind of performance, I guess that's not too bad a deal.
I remember watching the 333SPs in the Sports Car Championship races in Europe a couple seasons ago (on t.v.). For cars that were designed many years ago, their competetive performance was impressive. What happened to that series? I kept a schedule of the races and sure do miss them. I recorded a show called "Ferrari, Victory by Design" with Allan DeCadanet. He drove many different Ferraris and gave some technical information on each model. The most impressive was the 333SP. The sound was so awesome, I couldn't believe it. The noise of the valve train and the whine of the straight-cut gears in the primary drive sounded killer. Nothing is greater than a Ferrari V-12 at max r.p.m. ---TEX--- |

The Sp is an amazing car... Far exceeding the normal GT racer.
