What year for airbags???

I been looking for mid 80's B350s but have spotted a couple of mid 90's. A '95 ambulance and a '94 15 pass. extended. I hate vehicles with airbags so my question is, do these have one?? And what year did we get strangled with them in these vans???
If they do have one, can I still put in an aftermarket wheel or have they changed the splines?? Even then, I can replace the column but if anyone has the answer, please let me know, OK?

Thanks, Den.
