speed governor

The 92-95 ex/si and the 99-00 si are not speed goverened. U.S. Hondas that are goverened usually top out at about 120mph, I live in Germany where the speed limit is your gut, go as fast as you want but if your scared the your going to fast. The 99-00 si tops out at 148-154mph and that's bouncing off of the rev limiter.

wow, we have speed limits over here in the states. So I have to break the law to hit 120.

fuck the law. here in CT they can't chase i think over a certain speed. therefore the day i flew by 2 cops parked near an on/off ramp grassy thing when my needle was pegged i was very suprised they didn't follow. i didn't slow either. didn't need then to change mind and catch up. but thank god.

but i can get easily pulled over @ 65mph in a 40

damn cops prolly didn't see my white car flash by them. or maybe they just decided they woudn't be able to get me. or gave me a chance.. but yet a surprise nonetheless
