FPM resin 1/24th scale kits

FPM models have been adding alot of 1/24th scale resin model kits to their long list. The quality is very good with casting that is truly amazing. They do both sportscars and F1 kits. They are doing older cars that have never been done in larger scales before, and some that have only been done in very poor quality kits. Fernando Pinto has an eye for the cars shape and most have nice motors. The casting will amaze you!!

Here are the cars he has planned for late 2013 and early 2014...He is very busy. Fernando also does Bizarre 1/43rd models.

New 1/24th scale kits for late 2013 and early 2014. Check ebay for listings as he sells direct.

1955 Ferrari 625 Monaco Winner
1950 Talbot Lago T26GS Lemans winner
1931 Alfa Romeo 2300 Lemans winner
1962 Ferrari 330 Lemans winner
1961 Ferrari 246 Dino Lemans 1961

1952 Mercedes 300 SL Lemans winner

Also has done the following 1/24th resin kits already:

1956 Ferrari D50 F1
1958 Ferrari 246 F1
1959 Cooper T51 F1
1961 Ferrari 156 F1
1962 BRM P57 1962 F1
1963 Ferrari 156 F1
1964 Ferrari 158 F1
1969 Matra MS80 F1
1954 Ferrari 375 Plus Lemans winner
1961 Ferrari 250TR Lemans winner
1949 Ferrari 166 Lemans winner
1949 Ferrari 166 road car
1938 Mercedes W154

His ebay listing is under crazycar19. These kits are worth a look. The shapes are very accurate and the engineering well done. If you like old cars this company is a goldmine!!

Re: FPM resin 1/24th scale kits

The FPM 1/24th Alfa 2300 1931 Lemans winner kit is out and looks very nice. It has a full engine(for the Alfa fans). I also just received the Vanwall VW10 1958 F1 kit and Ferrari 246 Lemans and they both have full engine detail. Very tight fit lines and worth every penny!!

Re: FPM resin 1/24th scale kits

Add two more 1/24th FPPM model cars, the 1932 Alfa Romeo 2.3 Lemans Sommers/Chinetti winner and the 1933 Alfa Romeo Sommers/NUVOLARI Lemans winner!!!

One correction, the Ferrari 375 F1 1951 will be the Silverstone winner in 1/24th scale with full engine detail. That was Ferrari's first F1 victory. All these new kits have hand laced wire wheels and full engine detail!!

Re: FPM resin 1/24th scale kits

Both the 1931 and 1932 Alfa Romeo 2300 Lemans winners are out. This company makes the best hand laced wire wheels I have found in a kit.

Great old school resin castings with metal molded into the resin when required.

Re: FPM resin 1/24th scale kits

Hi Tom,
Just picked up the '52 Le Mans Mercedes 300slr and it looks pretty nice! No way I'll have it done for your show but going to try for our NNL in April. Can't wait to see the Talbot Lago, another hole in my LM winner collection filled!

Re: FPM resin 1/24th scale kits

FPPM Fernando Pinto Models has just released the Auto Union Type C 1936 German GP in 1/24th scale. Very detailed full kit with hand laced wire wheels, wire grill molded in and full engine detail.

Here is the kit sold by him on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUTO-UNION-C...item1c46479bd2

FPPM says they will do the Ferrari 330TRI/LM 1962 Lemans winner and Porsche 906 next in 1/24th scale next. Do you think he should do full engine detail or curbside on these 2 kits??

Next up is a suprise Cooper T53 1960 F1 champion kit in 1/24th scale. He wants to know if he should also do the indy version????? What do you think. Should go great with the Jack Brabham figure Immense Miniatures is doing!!

1959 Cooper also still available from FPPM.
