Re: LHD Seven
The steering shaft was threaded through the header and into the rack & pinion. Then the scratch-built dash was installed.

Re: LHD Seven
We have ignition, wires… They will be routed properly after the carbs are installed.
Also added the ground point for the battery, the clutch hydraulic line and some more oil lines. |

Re: LHD Seven
Been working on the Weber carbs. Adding the linkages and more hardware. Even made the tiny screws to sync the carbs.

Re: LHD Seven
I made and installed the throttle return springs; should be two because one is not safe.
Made and added the lettering to the plug wires too. Also finished plumbing the rear brake lines. |

Re: LHD Seven
That's normally part of the frame. I modified this one so it can be removed with the spare. If I were in you r position I would make a new one from brass and/or plastic.

Re: LHD Seven
The tops of the carbs have been installed and the fuel fittings were machined/fabricated and attached to them. A section of the fuel line is on too.
It's starting to get tight between the carbs. But there is enough clearance for the linkages to work without rubbing the wires. |

Re: LHD Seven
Fuel pressure regulator. Because it's mandatory for Webers… Machined aluminum.
