Koenigsegg CC 8S vs. Pagani Zonda S 7.3

2 great cars from little known companies, which do you think is best in performance or looks

personally i think the Koenigsegg is better in both areas, but i have nothing against the Zonda

Koenigsegg because Sweden > Italy. Plus the styling is hand over fist a lot more attractive.

I would give it to the CC8S for the following reasons:

Performance- The CC8S was designed to take on the McLaren F1, the Zonda I'm guessing was aiming at Ferrari. Anyways, the end results was that the CC8S has better straightline and easily comparable if not better high speed handling.

Aesthetics- CC8S wins in this category too although this is entirely subjective. My view is that it has slippery aerodynamics while still maintaining a civil yet very aggresive appereance. Also the doors are just sweet.

Misc- If the stock CC8S isn't enough, buy the CCR with 800 bhp. Now try finding mods for your pagani to bring it up to speed.

As others have said, it's nothing against pagani, but to me, this is pretty clear.

they are both beautifull cars but i think the koenigsegg cc 8s wins the zonda s 7.3 in almost all categories.
the koenigsegg has a better interior and exterior look. also the performance is better.

hey fastz06, where'd you get the pics of the CC? Looks like a car festival or something, anyways, interesting to see it not only with a dauer nearby, but also that is the first pic outside of the koenigsegg web page that I've seen the CC with a rear spoiler.

Also, interesting that the pagani should be passing a 360 in the first pic. But then again, I'm also just not used to seeing two very nice cars in the same month, let alone the same day passing each other by.

you should not make up your mind about a car you haven´t driven. of course you can like or dislike one of them. but saying this is better or this... i think everybody should decide that on his own

they are deciding on their own, i'm just asking what their decision is, its mostly personal preference

You bring up a very valid point. It's reasons like this that I would like to drum up one of the old TG episodes with the Pagani, I've seen the Koenigsegg one but not the Zonda. This would help to answer at least some of the questions that we can't know without driving either. Still though, it's a question that most of us will never be able to fully answer.

i just looked for it on alltheweb. there are some other fotos of the cc in gumball3000.

i dont think that's a modena passing by the zonda. i would say thats a hyundai coupé ( new one ) but i prefer the car behind the zonda - fiat uno...
