2000 jimmy slt 4x4 rear running light out (Bulb is good)

I need some input from you guys.

My 2000 Jimmy slt has an issue. The passenger side rear running light is out, and its not the bulb. The wire behind the assembly isnt getting power. The brake light and signal works. The driver side taillight and sigs work fine. Turning on the hazards still doesnt make the passenger side rear runner work.

What do u guys suggest? I was hoping it would be the recalled hazard switch, (free fix) but its not looking like thats the case huh? So what else could it be???

GET A WIRING DIAGRAM AND TRACE THE WIRE BACK TO WHERE IT IS LOSING 12 VOLTS.

Is the running light by the tail light or separate?
You may be able to tie it into tail light wire.
