looking for lincoln experts regarding a 1997 continental

looking for help with 1997 continental. My mother passed away leaving me her 2997 V* lincoln continental. It hasnt been driven in 2 years and was lugged around town by an 80 year old for 5 years before that. It runs like crap and i am trying to make it run good again to drive. Mileage is only 80,000 miles actual. yes that is correct. the diverter valve is burnt in too and is obsolete from all sources. the oxygen sensores indicat many errors and it is dumping raw fuel like crazy and a quarter tank of gas gets you filve miles with fuel being expelled out the tail pipe. With the diverter valve obsolete and the oxygen sensor problems what can be done to bypass the diverter valve and in doing this will replacing the 4 oxygen sensors again give the computer correct input to stop the fuel dumping and the car run good again. any direct bypass tech or repair tech would be greatly appreciated. my phone number is 479802187one if you care to call and assists

Fuel pressure regulator is the 1st thing I would look at.
