Flywheel turns but serpentine belt doesn't

I drive a 1987 S10 Blazer, 2.8 Liter. When I go to start it the serpentine belt doesn't spin. I checked the flywheel and it's turning, could this problem be with my crankshaft or crankshaft pulley? My wife was driving it and it just slowed to a stop but kept running, I got there to check on the problem. The starter turns over but the belt doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!!!

Thank You,
Jonah

Does engine start and run?
If so does the crankshaft pulley turn with engine?
If no check and see if it is lose on crankshaft.
